After giving birth to my second child I suffered from diastasis recti. Kerry tailors my sessions to work on getting my body where I want it to be. Each session is varied and Kerry encourages me when i need it, afterwards I feel full of energy. I finally feel like myself thanks to Kerry.   She brings all the necessary equipment to my house so that I can be there for my little ones. My daughters now have a lovely bond with Kerry too!

“I started with Kerry when my little girl was three months old – after an unexpected c-section I felt very weak and wanted to build back up to my pre-pregnancy fitness. The fact that Kerry comes to my flat with all the kit just takes off all the stress of working out! My little girl would play on her mat or just sit there watching me complete sets of squats!

After each section I always felt like I’d achieved something. I felt myself get stronger slowly but surely, and it’s always an achievement when something you couldn’t do in session one, you can in a later session.”
