About Me: Kerry Norris

“I’m a mother of two and know how challenging it can be to maintain fitness whilst running a house – especially just after giving birth.

 

During both my pregnancies I was keen to stay fit and healthy through exercise and eating the right things for both my babies and my body. I found great comfort in being able to exercise once my babies arrived – to get back into shape but also for my mental health. I really enjoyed doing something just for me, and obviously seeing results always gives a massive boost to the ego! 


After my first child was born, I decided to take the opportunity not to go back to my old career in HR and Recruitment and retrained as a Personal Trainer.  I love showing others how to get in shape and work to help people reach their fitness goals.


I completed my certification as a Level 3 Personal Trainer in December 2009 and have since been working as an independent professional trainer. I look back on many happy hours during which I was able to help my clients reach the goals they had set for themselves.”

  • Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer

  • Level 3 in Exercise Referral

  • Pre and Postnatal Exercise Certificate

  • Group Exercise

  • First Aid Trained - Retook exam in March 2021

  • Hatton Academy Advanced Boxing Accredited Course

  • Member of Register Exercise Professionals (REPS) now known as CIMSPA
