I believe training should be supportive, flexible, and enjoyable. That’s why I bring the workout to you at home, at work, or outdoors and tailor everything to your goals and lifestyle.
Alongside personal training, I’m a qualified nutritional coach and Mat Pilates instructor. I also hold specialist qualifications in exercise referral, menopause support, and working with clients managing conditions such as osteoporosis, COPD, and diabetes. My aim is to make fitness accessible, safe, and empowering for every stage of life.
When I’m not training clients, you’ll usually find me climbing mountains, learning Muay Thai, or pushing my own boundaries in new ways. I’m always learning, always moving and I bring that same energy and encouragement to every session.
